Here's a question for any of the skilled manga colorist we have on the base:
I've trouble with filling the areas with the base color. It's not a case of not knowing what this means nor in the choice of colors but rather on the election of tools. I've done a few colorings in which to start I use a very large brush without minding if I respect the borders, then I clean it with the eraser. The problem with this method is it takes too long and if I don't do it properly, the residues will mess with future layers if use different blending modes (particularly with the multiply one). Then I decided to use the magnetic lasso to select the area and then erase the pixels in the cleaning part of the process. This so much easier, but I keep having the trouble that it erases pixels around the edges (or in the end, it doesn't fill the whole area I wanted!!!). I hate when that happens. I could simply give it some retouches, but I'd like to ask if this particular issue is due my lack of skill or what??? What kind of advices can you give me? ._.

If you lack the skill, keep practising and with time you would get better.

Hmm... There are ways of doing that, personally I use the pentool to select a part I want to fill with color, then right click and select make selection, or I use magic wand tool(not sure if that's the namexd) to click the section I want, then select>modify>expand 1px, but like I said, it depends on the designer. My method takes me about 4-10 hrs.
