How does a person become a successful Manga Artist

I have a great idea for a manga series but I ain't telling anyone to reveal good ideas

You dont, all you gotta do is make a One shot, give it to them. They'll see if they like it. Then they'll give it out as a one shot and if people respond to it nicely they can be contracted to a Magazine company to make a series, youll get An Editor, a crew etc.

The guy who made One Punch Man (A famous manga) was a guy online who posted his stories and drew mediocre pictures along with it. A famous manga artist saw it and now they're working together. That's one way of doing it.

Dedication, hard-work, talented, etc, etc. Just be like Oda/Togashi. Stay away from Kishi. for inspiration.

Cause Naruto Shippuden isn't that great. Naruto was but you know it was heavily inspired from HxH.
