We know about Totsuka blade, that it can seal anything it pierces

Could it really seal Bijuu or Jinchurki(who are medium of Bijuu). The Bijuu were stated to keep balance of power in Shinobi World. The Bijuu stated as ultimate chakra weapons and also Even the greatest sealing technique which summon death demon and manifest it in Real world for short time to seal target but the price is caster's life and even such technique couldn't seal whole Bijuu for enternity.

Summary: It is common and known that Bijuu can be sealed in someone or even using some technique temporary seal them but They can not be sealed for enternity... unless Kishi states or show otherwise.
