Yes exactly was the title states and I will prove that with manga panels.

Kaguya's not bad moments at least:

^^ Actually I enjoyed Kaguya fight until chapter 686, of course BZ taking place as her mind was terrible move and took away any development she would get or most of it. It has just few down moments like Naruto's sexy jutsu used (fun gag) as distraction but she was threatening and intimidating for time being. Her powers were also cool and bring some fresh to the manga.

The battle came completly bad since this panel:

^^ Gravity dimenssion made her look terrible as she was also affected looking as poor woman unable to stand up...

Her transforming in chakra of beasts was not great idea but it was not bad either.

She regained her hype and threatening look for few panels in 689 chapter, just right before shamefull loss

^^ This was one particular page where Kaguya looked promising again although Black Zetsu took away all her character development.

Kakashi getting power up was fresh and promising stuff but was handled terrible by Kishi, Same with Sakura's contribution. It could not be worse basically.

Excluding stupid BZ trash talking which proves how bad Kishi was to keep BZ around instead of getting rid of him.

Let's hope Anime will give her justice.

My complaint about the battle in short:

• Black Zetsu's existence was pointless since 682 chapter, where Kaguya would be the only one talking or acting. Kaguya would recieve character development
• Naruto should never looked like he would put up challenge against Kaguya, it was definietly terrible move
  and made the battle looked like joke so there was no more thrill feeling in air
• Kakashi's power up should last longer and he should reveal more. He shouldn't be able to hurt Kaguya in no way, just acting as mind and being very good as distraction and way to deal with Space time Ninjutsu of Kaguya
• Kaguya's power up should last longer(at least two/three more chapters) she should would show all her powers before being sealed.
• Intruduction/arrival of Edo Hokage would be perfect when Sasuke was taken to other dimenssion together with Naruto they could hold her back stalling for time.
• Hagoromo should meet Kaguya while bringing Edo Hokage to Kaguya dimenssion, having some moments/talk with his own mother, possible more development.
• Sakura's punch should be never able to break horn of Kaguya, she would just push her downwards a little, but not enough
• Kaguya should be beaten up by all people who were not caught in IT, which means: Kakashi, Obito, Sakura, Naruto, Sasuke, Edo Hokage + ghost Hagoromo

Personally I would make Kaguya's more intimidating/threatening so Edo Hokage would be needed for Naruto to stall for time while Obito with Sakura would go to bring back Sasuke. Kakashi's power up and Kaguya's power up should last much longer, while neither Sakura or Kakashi would land any blow on her or to hurt her considerably. Kaguya's loss would be result of teamwork of everyone who was not caught in IT.

^^ Her Taijutsu skills were not such terrible as she was able to block six paths Sage mode Naruto's combined attack using clones.

^^ She was able to outmaneuver all Naruto's army of clones while attacking in close combat.

I know this just two times but at least it is better then zero.

She just hit the wrong time, as Madara was at peak of his power so Kishi got rid of him too fast, making most of fans rage came at Kaguya who poorly executed got very negative feedback as she was not good enough to replace Madara according to most of fans.

Yeah me too. There was not thrill or danger feeling which was crucial to make readers interested in battle and being afraid of characters.

Truth, but Black Zetsu staying so long was Utterly shit and the worst choice Kishi has done through all the manga.
I really want to believe that Kishi was forced to keep him around being forced by someone or his editiors. It is just not his style.

Trust me, i heard a many complains from Naruto fans. I respect your opinion if you think Kaguya's fight is not terrible.

I say it was not terrible but it was underwhelming and bad at least for everyone who set too big expections for her... just Like I did ;/

At that point any sense of danger that Naruto or Sasuke could die left us. Why? Because Madara killed them both once before and now that he was even stronger there was a real chance that he could do it again. But once Kaguya appeared that sense of danger was gone.

Then letting Black Zetsu talk for her and have her only talking about how all chakra belongs to her made her feel one dimensional. We had no time to really get to know her motives. We were left wondering:

what was the pivital point in her life that led her to eat the fruit in the 1st place? How did she find it? What drove her to want to procreate? What was the woman like before all this happened? How was she defeated by Hagoromo and Hamura?

All of these things should have been brought to light way before they did.

The build up to her appearance wasn't there, and when she finally did show up she felt misplaced.

Her character had potential but I feel like the series should have ended with Madara and the movie should have dealt with Kaguya. She seems more like a movie villain then the series villain.

Pretty much this^ It was way rushed and out of place! I think many here like me back in the day thought that the seal would fail and Kaguya would do something this time but.... She has a good design and potential but it was wasted. Like the guy said, she should have been a movie villain... I also felt that after her introduction after some chapters the danger was off... You couldn't feel it for the characters exept for Obito who was about to die... The manga for me could have potentially +50 chapters to explain things like these.
