I didn't say throw someone in lava or acid after switching to that dimenssion, because yes Naruto can fly so he could be not affected.

now if "World attack" was used the lava/acid would attack Naruto by shooting/splashing flying magically at him. and this would be no countered by Flying.

Itachi can. He creates wings with his Yata mirror and flys atop the lava dimension/ uses Totsuka sword to expand and block lava. Kaguya's attacks destroy herself due to Yata repulsion. Itachi shitstomps.
