Manga/Anime Moments That Made Your Skin Crawl

What are your personal creepiest and most skin crawling moments in any manga/anime?
Mine are:

Aizen transforming into his hollow-like form - SOOO weird, creepy and disgusting! Not only does the skin on his head get ripped off, so much blood is spilled that it literally covers the cliff he is standing on!! Just too much for me...

Orochimaru and his many swallowing acts - when he made his initial appearance in Part I in the Forest of Death, he was really gross. Of course, I have gotten used to them and now he is actually one of my favorite characters

Pain/Nagato's many deformities vs. Six Tailed Naruto - pretty funny actually but the one where he was forming the Chibaku Tensei and just started screaming out of nowhere with his mouth as wide as a Cheshire Cat made me jump out of my seat to be honest...

Hidan stabbing himself in the heart first time - when I saw that for the first time, with his voodoo act and all, my heart skipped a beat and it felt like my OWN heart just had impact with something! Like I was a part of the link!

There is soooo much more I have in my mind that are also outside of Bleach and Naruto, but enough about what I have to say! Tell me your thoughts!

Orochimaru is just creepy period. Probably the end of Monster was what I found creepiest. Or the end of Psycho-Pass (I won't spoil it)

In anime there is a scene in which they only shows pain's two eyes that n when summon came out of ibiki's chest that was most dengerous moment for me

I will also add:
In Soul Eater, when the Kishin is revived and has his body trapped in his own ripped off skin is just weird. Also, the Kishin stares and observes one of the characters while in this state and just screams and opens his mouth wide after a long silence. Ugh...

In Bleach it was when Aizen betrayed that squad(now The Vizards) in the forest and they started spewing that white, hollow shit all from their faces. DAMN, that was just some, as my grandmother says, "some freaky, far out shit!"
