I believe Naruto will show up to protect Obito and Sakura from the rod Madara threw, he will arrive to the dimension using Minato kunai he had.
after some talk-no jutsu Black Zetsu will then officially take control of Obito then running to Madara and finally getting the left eye from Obito.
Madara will leave to go back to fight, leaving Black Zetsu behind who will be defeated.
Obito will use his remaining chakra to send Naruto and Sakura back to the real world but they eventually all go back after getting some chakra from Naruto.
Naruto and Sasuke will go back to fighting, Madara will reattach his body together and Sakura will heal Kakashi left eye to stop the bleeding with Obito standing next to him, watching the fight possibly planning something to finish of Madara.
