manga 619 last page sasuke EMS turn to a MS

In the last page sasuke sharingan was MS not the EMS im confuse . His sharingan was the old one .

That "error" or whatever it is, seems to happen often. Either it's a common mistake because he's used to drawing Sasuke with MS, or he has the ability to switch between the two.
