A desperate homeowner trying to sell his dilapidated house in Detroit has said he is willing to swap the property for an iPhone 6.
For months the detached two-story, three-bedroom building has been on the market but even with a £2,000 asking price he has been unable to shift the building in the bankrupt Michigan city.
Now the owner, who lives in Austria and has never visited the house, has told his estate agent he is willing to exchange the property for the new Apple phone or even 32GB iPad

Yeah, its pretty obvious most of these posts dont really get what's going on and probably just read the title. Dude is basically giving up a home he can't ever live in and doesn't. He could probably get this deal with some teenagers or young adults who want to rave or destroy homes. This is in Detroit, I heard that scene in 8 Mile where they burned down the house actually is common around the poorer parts of Detroit, somebody may wanna do that to his house.

I don't doubt it at all. Detroit is literally just going to get worse, it is possibly the worst city to live in economic wise, it used to be the epitome of economical success and was the face of the United States for a while, it's pride and joy. Though, that was back in the day.
