Not me. I wanted her to be the way she is and I am quite happy with that.

Sakura tried to distract Madara, and the Sasuke thing was based on Kakashi saying she wanted to bring him out of the dark. This only hints that her fears of his true intentions as Hokage are bad, and Naruto saving her keeps the stupid love triangle going.

I used to be a Sakura fanboy. I liked that she had some semblance to a strong female character. She had so many opportunities to shine, but, let's be honest here: she has proven, time and time again, over countless tasks, that she has absolutely no impact and might as well not even be in the middle of a situation (or any altercation, for that matter) to begin with.

Yes, she charged into Madara without being totally apprehensive about it, but what good did it really do? It showcased Sasuke's lack of care towards Sakura, but we all knew that. Whether she charged in or not, it didn't change the fact that both Naruto and Sasuke were going to thwart Madara's initiation and attacks. If she really wanted to do well, impress "Sasuke-kun", and impress the readers, she'd have crushed the eye to prevent the predicament they're now currently in.

It's sickening how Kishi represents the only "on-par" female character.

It is natural that different people with different backgrounds will relate differently to each character. Labeling someone "hater" just because they express negative opinions about a character is really no more than contemporary bullying. What you are really saying is that everyone needs to say something positive about your favorite character or shut the hell up. It is ok to agree to disagree.

Not a comment to the OP, just commenting on general.

Edit: Sorry, to make this germane to the thread, I will add that I cannot stand the suckuraw character, find her generally annoying and useless, and wish that kishi would sacrifice her for the betterment of the story (though I admit that he might not).

Haters be irate Yeah, right =D She sucked this chapter, she got served for rushing. That's not team work. Did they make any form of a plan ? She just went there playing the big girl and being delusional about standing on the same round as them. Facts. And when she logically failed (because she didn't even think about asking Naruto and Sasuke about the dude they had been fighting, you know what kinda of power does he have and important shit like that) she just had to be thinking about Sasuke dearest not caring, she didn't even spare a thought about Naruto who saved her ass. Yeah. She sucked this chapter.

I don't know. Right now you can't dislike a character, it's called bashing and being a hater.

For future reference, I highly dislike Minato too. And Madara.


OT : I don't think he will. He might even power her up so that she can do something useful. Who knows. I don't think power is the only issue. It's her whole character. Look at Tsunade. Sakura is basically Tsunade. A carbon copy (in powers) but people don't find Tsunade useless and annoying.
