naruto ended like 8 years ago, boruto isn't as sucessful, not to mention monthly release. Lots of old members left. NDS was crazy back in the day. I remember it. In 2016, the vs section was moderately active. There used to be debates and like 5+ page threads on match ups. Then the old members started leaving, the site change taking away features like groups, old visitor messages and the lack of easily accessible manga/anime (NB used to distribute both, likely contributed to traffic into the site) made things more inactive. Fanverse.org which used to be narutoforums is fairly active. They've got like 250+ members active right now
