The thing is, plastic surgery was never meant for "making you look like someone else" or anything so heavy. When used responsibly, it can do wonders.

I think those were merely the cases where the surgeons were grossly incompetent.

A competent surgeon with the correct training from an accredited medical school should be able to do something like these:
