Second, Jiraiya was preoccupied a lot with women and his perky novels, which wasted time. Third, Orochimaru gave Sasuke the curse mark which bolstered his training results, and Kabuto gave him drugs to augment his strength. Seeing how strong Nagato, Konan, and Minato are there's no way he was a bad sensei

From reading this post I've noticed something. Basically all ninja who are taught under Jiraiya are one-trick ponies..

Minato- FTG varient
Konan- Paper varient
Yahiko-.....uh
