From reading this post I've noticed something. Basically all ninja who are taught under Jiraiya are one-trick ponies..There are some factors and variables we have to consider. First, Jiraiua had to mold a genin level novice into a Chunin-Jounin level ninja. Justus aren't an adequate measuring stick per se. Jiraiya molded Naruto into a more adept, apt, and versatile overall ninja by part 2. That's why by part 2 Kakashi was able to augment that potential of Naruto and take advantage of the fact that Naruto had covered the basics and essentials of a ninja. Second, Jiraiya was preoccupied a lot with women and his perky novels, which wasted time. Third, Orochimaru gave Sasuke the curse mark which bolstered his training results, and Kabuto gave him drugs to augment his strength. Seeing how strong Nagato, Konan, and Minato are there's no way he was a bad sensei
Every ninja is essentially a "one trick pony" if by that you mean they have their own unique fighting style. From reading this post I've noticed something. Basically all ninja who are taught under Jiraiya are one-trick ponies..
Nuh-uh, a lot of Ninja in the series have plenty of diversity.Every ninja is essentially a "one trick pony" if by that you mean they have their own unique fighting style.
Nagato was strong mainly because of Madara's rinnegan, while Minato became strong cuz he invented and studied things of Tobirama, nuff said.Every ninja is essentially a "one trick pony" if by that you mean they have their own unique fighting style.
