I knew Madara CT is bigger but I was thinking its about 4-5 times bigger .

This just tells us difference in power between those 2. 1 Madara´s CT is bigger than all 9 Sasuke´s. And he created more than 30 of them.

Why would Sasuke waste even more chakra before his fight with Naruto? Bijuu's were under genjutsu, it's not like they would try to break out of it. There was no need to waste more chakra to make CT bigger.

It is not a theory. It is my opinion based on a neutral logic, while yours is clearly biased towards your favorite. Madara wanted to smash everything, Sasuke wanted to contain and transport the tailed beasts, which is much more refined.

Sasuke had the beasts under his control so there's no need to waste chakra to make them huge.

Nope, Sasuke has the stronger chakra and eye power, Madara's reserves is what gives him the edge. If you judged them solely based on dojutsu without the Juubi's influence then Sasuke's comes out on top, and if you gave Sasuke the Juubi's power his eye power would be above JJ Madara's.

Except it literally needed to be that size in order to contain him. Circumstances such as Nagato's debilitation denotes that this was the case.
