I'm saying, I am just curious how this scene would've played out differently had these boys seen a young girl there with the man. They would've seen why the man wanted to live. If they ignored robbing a guy because of a dog, surely they'd ignore another man because his daughter was with him.

Then stop making vague posts. Saying "Am I the only one who wishes the daughter was there as well?" is going to make many people believe you wanted the daughter to also be murdered, especially when the OP mentions that the daughter might have also been killed if the father didn't tell her to stay home. You should have said "Maybe if the daughter was there, they would have left them alone."

What these teens did was pathetic, stupid and downright pitiful. They're scum and deserve to either die or rot in jail. Nothing more, nothing less. They had no justification for what they did.
