This is what the news should report as well - not just negative stuff all the time. That's why people always say the world is f***ed up and so don't even try to do anything about it.

That's true. Negative news is always highlighted more in the news and makes positivity seem almost non-existent in the world.

This guy takes being honest and noble to a whole fukin new level ..
True..

But somehow I cannot stop thinking what kind of people can forget/leave that kind of money behind and if they do, do they want it to be returned publicly? They are going to have to answer some authorities- either income tax related or police or both.

In most of those cases, it's obtained illegally. It's most likely drug money. If not, they could just be avoiding taxes. However, I just don't believe that it's money that was obtained legally. If it was, why did the owner feel the need to leave it behind? Why not place the money in a bank account? If it were me, I'd notify the police. Something just doesn't add up with this.

I agree, I'm still thinking about that, who could forget or leave such a high amount of cash behind? lol even if my wallet has more then 100 euros, I keep checking the back of my pocket every now and then just to be on the safe side >_> . Lol

I guess the person who left the money behind certainly has something to do with this. I mean it's hard to consider someone keeping such a high amount in their house ._. .but even so idk.

even if he did forget the money he would've actually remembered by a certain time he did, and would've went back to get it back, or other means. Leaving that much money behind and not remembering just doesnt fit in somehow..something isn't adding up lol

Maybe they don't trust banks.
