Malenia has crimson eyes, fair skin, and long flowing red hair that falls past her shoulders. Her frame appears slender at first glance, yet beneath her armor her body holds a powerful core shaped by years of relentless martial discipline. Her right arm is a prosthetic of steel gilded with gold and decorated with small floral patterns, a silent reminder of the price she pays for living with the Scarlet Rot. Her skin bears many scars from failed attempts to remove or suppress the Rot, each one healing in the shape of flowering patterns that seem too deliberate to be natural. Although the curse ravages her internally, she has learned to channel its influence and turn it into strength rather than surrender to it.
Malenia carries herself with strict composure and expects the same discipline from those around her. She speaks plainly and offers sharp criticism to clan members who show carelessness or lack of order. Most take her words seriously, partly because of respect and partly from a quiet fear of testing her patience. She dislikes slow responses, wasted time, or anything that breaks her internal rhythm, and this impatience often makes her seem stern or easily irritated. These traits, along with her distant upbringing, lead many to keep a cautious distance from her despite the respect she commands.
Yet beneath her severity is someone shaped by loss and failure. Malenia believes she has never been strong enough to protect those she loves, and this belief weighs heavily on her. History & Background Information
Malenia was born the child of Queen Marika and her second husband, the Elden Lord Radagon. She had a twin by the name of Miquella. Both Malenia and Miquella were born as Empyreans, meaning they had the potential to one day replace their mother as the head of the clan. Malenia was afflicted with the Scarlet Rot, which ravaged her from within and would cost her several limbs, while Miquella was cursed with eternal childhood, unable to ever grow into adulthood. At some point, Malenia encountered a blind swordsman who had sealed away an Outer God of Rot. The swordsman became her master, and trained her in the ways of the blade. Malenia would eventually become a warrior without peer.
Malenia hold two treasures passed down to her through her family, two different swords that now sit at her hip or over her back, Fujin and Inazuma.

Description: One of the weapons formed during the Golden Age of the Hangurian Freehold, Fujin is a powder blue hilted katana with a strikingly white blade created from Hangurian Ore. Fujin’s history has long been lost, much like it’s companions, though it has been said that the black metal they were formed from allows a chakra bond to form between them and their rightful wielder, gaining augmented skills in the process. Fujin grants a 20 damage increase to Wind Release to holders. In addition to this, it reduces damage done by opposing Wind techniques by 10 damage.
A unique ability of Fujin is the ability to synchronize with it’s wielder, granting access to unique abilities based on the Specialities of the user. Should the user have a Wind Primary Specialty, the passive 20 damage gained will become 30 instead as well as neutral to other Basic Elements. Should the user have a Primary as well as Advanced Specialty related to Wind, then the passive 10 damage mitigated will become 25 instead and they will gain the ability of Redirection ( A 4 meter wide passive non damaging cyclone surrounds the user. Should targets slower than the user’s doubled base speed come close to the target, they will be redirected back towards targets. ) Should the user have all Three Main Specialties (Primary, Secondary, and Apex) aimed at Wind Release, then the wielder will gain the ability to submit their own Bonus Specialty related to Wind Release and the katana.
