Actually. Its not even confirmed that even if the search teams "magically" find the Black box from The vast Indian ocean. It would be of any help in solving the mystery .. Take a look at this :

KUALA LUMPUR: Even if searchers are able
to miraculously pluck Malaysia Airlines flight
370's "black box" from the depths of the vast
Indian Ocean, experts say it may not solve
one of aviation's greatest mysteries.
Planes, ships and state-of-the-art tracking
equipment are hunting for any trace of the
passenger jet, which Malaysia said crashed in
the forbidding waters after veering far from
its intended course.
They face a huge challenge locating the
Boeing 777's "black box", which holds vital
clues to determining what caused the plane
to vanish after it took off from Kuala Lumpur
en route to Beijing on March 8.
But experts believe the flight data recorder
and cockpit voice recorder may not yield
answers on the riddle of how and why the
plane diverted an hour into the flight, and
embarked on a baffling journey to the
southern reaches of the Indian Ocean.
The data recorder details the aircraft's path
and other mechanical information for the
flight's duration, and "should provide a
wealth of information", US-based aviation
consultancy firm Leeham Co said in a
commentary.
But the cockpit voice recorder, which could
reveal what decisions were made by those at
the helm and why, retains only the last two
hours of conversations before the plane's
demise. That means potentially crucial exchanges
surrounding the initial diversion, which took
place halfway between Malaysia and
Vietnam, will be lost.
"Clearly, it won't reveal anything that
happened over the Gulf of Thailand, this will
have been overwritten by the end of
MH370," it said.
Leeham added that it also remains to be seen
whether the cockpit recorder will contain
anything pertinent about the plane's final
two hours, when it is believed to have either
ditched or run out of fuel.

A part of the article i just read about it.

I'm not buying it, they have to find the black box.

Therez no gurantee that they'll certainly be able to locate the black box. It might take them years. Also. its not sure that black box contain the necessary data which might conclude why all these things happened.

Take years with the technology they have? this is a conspiracy.

Its not about the tech. The plane. As they said. crashed in Indian ocean. the terrain is much more harsh there. Even search operations are difficult to carry out.. Though i agree the tech they have can locate the black box from 20,000 ft deep. And US has actually sent this device for the black box hunt.. Also. Even if the black box dosent contain any 'crucial' data. Still it might help in solving the mystery.

The sattelite data has CONFIRMED dat the bogeing 777 ended up in Southern Indian ocean. The announcement was made on those stats. Its true. maybe there is conspiracy somewhere.. But its not only malasyian govt. that is involved in the whole operation. The countries from all over the world are conducting search operations and helping out. So conspiracy being involved has only a lil chances. Also wen there were many chinese passengers onboard flight mh370.
Chinese are denying the stats though.. they want proof. Lol typical chinese.

Just saying there's more than that.

yeah i know. Wen there are so many international secret organisations acting behind the scenes. Possibility is dat wat media is telling us is just to calm down the situation for now. Maybe the data is all fake. But there were 239 people onboard. I dont think confirming their death without any solid proof is just possible.. Day would just sound crazy..

This is why i don't believe in this bs.

The thing people dont understand that. Search operations are far more difficult than they think. the weather at the search site is too harsh. The search operations were suspended today cause of the bad weather. Usually An air crash investigation starts wen they learn of the Crash site. But in this case. Even the crash site is unknown. Wats worse. its located somewhere in INDIAN OCEAN . Its probably going to be one of the costliest Air crash Investigation by far i guess and i think its going to take time. So people need to calm down and have a lil patience.I hope soon some important discovery related to the crash will be made. And hopefully the wreacked plane debris will also be found.

I take issue with the method Inmarsat used to 'track' the satellite transmissions of MH370.

For starters, it's never been used, and the equipment they are using was not designed for the purpose of tracking (as evidenced by the fact they cannot determine whether the aircraft flew North or South).

The other major problem is the disconnect between the projected 'corridor' the aircraft flew and the known flight/radar data.

If Inmarsat were dealing with hardware designed for analyzing electromagnetic emissions for the purpose of tracking - I would be more apt to accept their conclusions. Right now, their claims sound more like technobabble than physics. You don't get much in the way of Doppler Shift from an aircraft flying tangent to its emissions.

Don't get me wrong, with today's radars and ELINT systems, you can do some clever and awesome stuff to milk data from so much as a single speck of noise (particularly combined with the explosion of digital processing power since twenty years ago). But we're talking about a communication's satellite, here. I would wager that most of their data regarding Doppler shifts and frequency bands is all extrapolated from data logs that were not structured to record such data.

It's clever, and I applaud their efforts - but it's hardly anything to draw conclusions off of (particularly considering the plane could be in Kazakhstan or Mainland China... which is particularly interesting if you consider the implications of FreeScale Semiconductor department heads all being aboard this aircraft and China having access to the passenger manifests).

To run with the above theory a little farther:

Suppose the aircraft were hailed on short wave by its new 'escorts' - Chinese fighters. The pilot is instructed to turn off his transponder and proceed according to instructions. After flying a few odd courses to confound efforts to reconstruct the aircraft's course from intermittent contact with ground radar - they land somewhere in Northern China.

Congratulations. China just advanced its electronic warfare capabilities by over a decade.

What does not follow in the case of a pilot suicide is the aircraft's course changes followed by flying until (allegedly) the fuel runs out. While the argument can be made that suicide is irrational and therefor those who commit it are not going to behave rationally - it certainly does not fit the profile of suicidal behavior.

What does not follow in the case of a terror plot is the notable lack of terror. There aren't really any groups claiming "Yay! See!? We did it! We'll do it to you, too!" That... and the fact that the aircraft just kind of ... flew along.

There are a couple ideas that fit - one being a hijacking (internal or external) with the goal of deceiving attempts to track the aircraft (land it and let the aircraft's engines run for a few hours to **** with our heads). While satellite data could be collected and compared to flight records - it is unlikely this would be done in a timely manner. And if the deception works - no one will expend the effort to scour through pictures of airports in the off chance that an airplane was caught landed in a place where it shouldn't be (since most satellite images will not reveal features unique to MH370).

An alternative theory that fits is an attempted hijacking where the pilot and copilot fought, the cabin depressurized (or ascended above the cabin's ability to compensate), and both were mortally wounded. The surviving individual (allegedly the good one) set the plane on a stable course and put it back into altitude hold before expiring, hoping that passengers, crew, etc survived to recover from hypoxia and go about solving the problem of imminent death (although why couldn't he call an emergency or turn the transponder back on?).

Or maybe the plane never took off to begin with:

These are all the possible theories. u r tellin. and making 'assumptions' that also on 'far fetched theories' will only make the matter more confusing and messed up. Whats known for now is. The plane lost all communication after 1 hour .. Its deviated form its destined path and then weent missing. No sight. No nothin. and now the sattelite data and the Doppler effect analysis and all confirmed that it went south and possibly crashed in Indian ocean cause of low fuel.
The main question we have now is WHY?

1) The plane lost all the communications.
2) Why turned from is original path.

Hijacking. pilot commiting sucide. mid air crisis. techinical failure . all these are the possible happening that lead to all these events.
And believe me. Sometimes. the cause is something that is not even expected. Some natural phenomenon. that led to some confusing technical problems and resulting in the failure of all kind of communicaation.
Im not denying the theories you presented. But after all . these are just "Theories" .. Nothing can be confirmed on these basis.
But gotta say. its one of the most Confusing Air crases of all times. And considering the present scenerio and the situations. Its gonna take time to come to any conclusion related to the investigation.
But conspiracy is sometiing i believe has least chances of happening.
