Making Sense of Obito's Goal

From some time, most of the people are claiming Obito's desires being only an expy of Madara's own plan of world domination. But, in reality, Obito's plan has much deeper reasoning, which started even before he have met Madara. His plan isn't to rule the world. His plan is to abolish ninja system that caused death of Rin and which was putting mission above survival of the team:

How could he have started his plan to get Rin back before he met Madara if Rin was still alive when he met Madara ? xD However, I do agree with the rest, Obito's plan is probably to create a new world with a different ninja system
