I need a GIF from this video starting from 2:00 and ending at 2:06 making it six seconds. I want it to be very clear and must go on smoothly without any stoppings. Size is 600 x 300

Its kindda troublesome, i mean i have to first download it then edit it and also making it 600 X 300 will be of huge size and not forgetting its a 6 second gif so i believe it'll require huge no. of frames which is really troublesome, you get it what i'm sayin
