Okay to make sure, you are eligible to learn the clone technique, Rasengan, and the summoning technique right? You're not jumping the gun and bypassing everything else right?

Yes,i am not jumping the gun,i started nin training with better and i was left with clone,rasengans and summonings before better dropped his sensei status.i would have linked you but i am replying with my phone.

Alright cool so... this is how I will train you: I will first post the technique and the describe it in my own words, and then state a few sentences about the usefulness of the technique both offensively and defensively. I would like you to respond by by telling me:

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.
The basis of this technique is chakra distribution. Focus your chakra throughout your body and feel the amount of chakra inside of you. Once you feel that you know the total amount of chakra, begin to divide the chakra in half. Once you have found the perfect balance between half of the chakra that will remain in you and the half that will be released, perform the single seal and release half of your chakra out of your body at once. Shape the chakra into your image and mold the chakra to have a physical appearance. The clone should look exactly like you, if it is deformed it means there is no balance in the distribution. Offensively and defensively the allows you to defend against several attacks or attack several times at once. One physical blow to the clone will cause it to time out. One of the most useful techniques in the entire RP. If used wisely it is a game changer.

- I begin to focus my chakra throughout my body and feel the amount of chakra inside me. Once i know the total amount of chakra, i begin to divide the chakra in half. After i have found the perfect balance between half of the chakra that will remain in me and the half that will be released. After that, i begin to shape the chakra into my image and i mold the chakra to have a physical appearance.The result of this technique looks exactly like me.
- i would use this technique when i am engaged in close combat to taje the upper hand,since the opponent would have a hard time fighting two people at the same time.
-I think genjutsu is the best way to take care of clones,especially genjutsu that deals mental damage.
-like you said,if used wisely this can be a game changer and also i believe this is one of the most useful techniques in the rp.

The summoning technique by nature requires you to sign a contract before learning it. Look at the hand seals. You can't summon anything so just know what the hand seals are, and the mechanism.
(Kuchiyose no Jutsu) - Summoning Technique

Description:
To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

Okay so, i will bite my thumb and make the boar,dog,bird,monkey,ram handseal and then slam my hand against any solid to summon the animal from the contract i want to sign.

The technique was taught to his sensei Jiraiya, who then passed it on to the young ninja Naruto years later. The technique is unlike many other jutsu in that it does not require any hand seals. It just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand, which can create a destructive impact. Limit: None
This technique will be taught differently. There will be three steps. I only want you to do two things for each step (that means that you will have to be more detailed than usual). First, explain the step in your own words and described how it is performed. Second, explain why the step is necessary as part of the technique as a whole. After that, I'll briefly go over the finished technique.
-hands each of you a bucket full of softball-sized water balloons-
Take a water balloon from the bucket and hold it in the palm of your dominant hand. Once you master the technique in your dominant hand. Don't squeeze the water balloon, or hold a tight grip on it. Let the balloon rest on your fingers. From your palm slowly release a constant stream of chakra into the water balloon. The most important part is not to merge your chakra into the water as you would for a water technique but to drown the water in your chakra. You are not trying to manipulate the water itself, no, this is an exercise to help chakra control. You are manipulating your chakra inside the balloon which in turn affects the water. Command your chakra to spin inside the balloon. First try spinning it in one direction. Once you get the basic feel, spin the chakra in multiple directions. If done correctly, the balloons membrane unable to handle the pressure from all directions will burst from all sides at once.

I take the balloon and place it on my right palm,i leave it to rest on my fingers,i then begin to build up my raw chakra,after building enough,i send it into the water balloon and i begin to manipulate my chakra to start spinning inside the balloon. This makes the water in the ballon begin to spin in a clockwise direction. this part of the training helps to teach chakra manipulation and regulation.
After spinning my chakra in the balloon which also spins the water in the balloon,i continue to manipulate my chakra but this time i make my raw chakra spin in diffrent directions. This makes the water spin violently in all directions and then makes the balloon burst from all direction at once. this step is to teach the way the chakra needs to be manipulated to give the result of rasengan(the exploding part)
