Eye of the Moon plan activates, Naruto wakes up to find SO6P in a post-apocalyptic setting, SO6P explains that the ninja world was a genjutsu/simulation that he created many years ago after countless wars made the world uninhabitable and offers Naruto to either go back or liberate everyone (or the few ninja who were actually real and not part of the simulation) and try to rebuild the "real" world.

Bonus points if the previous world was futuristic/technologically advanced and was destroyed in nuclear wars while SO6P was actually a scientist/engineer who created the virtual ninja world for people who remained so they could live happily.

Someone mentioned this a long time ago & I loved the idea : "Have everything be said & done in the end , Naruto as Hokage , Sauske doing his thing etc ....& right before it ends it shows the moon with the plan activated '

This I also read the same thing back then, I honestly think that it would be a great ending, everyone happy.
