I added spoilers for a reason. If you're not up to date with the Manga, don't look.
1. Monkey D. Garp - Captain
2. Koshiro - Vice-Captain, Swordsman
3. Haredas - Navigator/Weatherman
4. Heracles - Sniper
5. Zereff - Cook
6. Dr. Kureha - Doctor
7. Olivia - Archeologist
8. Tom - Shipwright
9. Brook (he's old enough xd) - Musician
10. Fisher Tiger - Helmsman
I though the mentors of each Straw Hat would be great as team
(And yeah, I added Jinbei)
Btw, I thought some of the characters who joined the Straw hats were weaker than their mentors, but it only proves true to some of them, and because they are young, they surpassed their masters or have still room to grow.
Haredas is not a good substitute for Nami, and although Bellemere had more Fightning capabilities, she was not a Navigator xd.
Garp, Zeff, Kureha, Olivia, Tom and Fisher Tiger are good substitutes, but Koshiro is not as strong as Zoro, I suppose, Heracles is not as creative as Usopp, I suppose (Yasopp is already a pirate and is not all that old so I ruled him out)
