Strategy, skill and power.

Only comparing, or excelling in one compared to your opponent can only take you so far. If strategy alone could secure wins, Shikamaru wouldn't have been close to a loss in Part 1 against Tayuya.

Fact is though:

1) Kaguya is vastly more powerful than anyone else and if she's got killing intent, no amount of strategic ability or skill is going to save you.
2) Hagoromo and Hamura are more ultra-powerhouses.
3) Madara is a genius who has extensive skill and experience. He gave birth to the longest and most extensively sized strategy that took place for the last few centuries.

Edit: Tsunade for Kakashi since I had no medic ninja on the team, not sure how well Ashura could heal, assuming he could have, so I decided a medical ninja

Indra- yin chakra assuming before he creates ninjutsu he still had chakra attacks that were similar (same assumption with Ashura), meaning illusion and things with basic sharingan genjutsu
Ashura- yang chakra, physical stamina, possible healing abilities for himself and others (based upon knowledge of his descendants) and physical strength also gained through hard work and determination
Temari- given ninjutsu, adds to the team easily with wind based attacks, as wind those who try to manipulate water can't manipulate the wind but only block it with the water, fire is ignited by the wind and with someone manipulating the wind it's possible the fire can be manipulated to go where you want, same for using wind to move water, earth and lightning are not good for this though, lightning is to quick and earth is to dense
Tsunade- medical ninja who is also on the front lines, punches and breaks the earth and has a higher stamina in battle

Kakashi- would have been good for this, but doesn't have medical jutsu which is needed on the team, otherwise chidori is lightning and he has Obito's MS, susanoo still added to the team with Kumai, is a really great jutsu
