I was just going by your condition. Rinnegan is a Six Paths power so I didn't count them. If you counted characters in all of their forms individually, the list would just be too long. You divide characters like that in a tier list, not top 10 list.

I don't personally like top 10 ranking, because an ABC logic would applied to it. Danzo/Shisui would foderize Hashirama, for example, due to the hax of KA, but they would lose to Naruto because of Genjutsu partner method; BM Naruto would lose to Hashirama. See what I mean? That's why a tier list is better. It gives more accurate position of a character's strength.

If I was to count EMS Madara, he would above BSM Naruto and lower than Hashirama. If I was to count Rinnegan users (Nagato, Obito, Madara), they would take the top 4 with Kabuto.

How is 8th gai first? Its a suïcide shi. And EMS madara and sm hashirama beat 8th gate. First is SM hashirama , second is EMS madara

The ones in bold are rikudou characters. Besides that edo minato and sm hashirama have no business being above Bsm Naruto. There's a lot more but the versus section can only handle so much people being above minato/hashirama as it is. Some people here even argue that they can take out Rinnegan Sasuke and Madara.
