make me into a anime character?

hello! i have a request of some sort... i was thinking of getting myself drawn as a Anime Character... (?)

for example; I send you a picture of me that i like... and then i'd like for you to draw that picture... in Illustrator or Photoshop or the program you're using, to make me into a Anime character that still resembles me in some way if possible?

i mean; not as simple as taking a picture from google and then change the background or something like that...

i was thinking a new sketch that is built up from scratch with a picture of me as the inspiration...
for the result to look like me? if there is such skilled person i'd like to talk to him/her!!

i would be really glad if you could give me of some names of persons that could perhaps make it for me?

At a local fair they usually have artist scattered around ready to paint, draw you whichever way you want.
