my answer would be Snape, Moody, Kingsley and Minerva

you can swap any of the above with Flitwick, Slughorn or Lupin, maybe someone like Black or Molly as well

but it's hard to say because kingsley, minerva and slughorn held their ground in a 3v1 but once voldy got pissed it was over ... and I got the feeling at several points that no 4 grown wizards (apart from ridiculously overpowered ones like voldy or grind) could win against Dumbledore and I got a similar feeling with voldy as well at several points in the books
