Rules:
1. Must be close in skill level
2. Skills must compliment each other(for example: rock lee and shino great close and long range combat)
3. Hype is not allowed just what is known both anime and manga techniques.
Mine:
Hebi Sasuke(vs. itchi) & Kankuro(with sasori's puppets)
Why: Sasuke is immune to most poisons, so kankuro can more or less can all out(much like kakazu and hidan) and not have to worry about really hurting Sasuke also with the sharingan he has the ability to dodge everything as well. If something were to go wrong with orochimaru absorbed he should have the body shedding ability. Kankuro could distract the enemy for Sasuke to prep Karin. Sasuke can easily protect a puppet user's worst skill, taijutsu. Not to even mention Sasuke has curse mark while allows him to fly and easily get out of the way of anything and both are intelligent and can formulate a strategy for whatever opponent they may face
Neji(War Ark) & Shikamaru(War Ark)
Why: Neji is a CQC Nightmare, Neji can distract the enemy while Shikamaru can use shadow possession and trap the enemy and release it just in time for Neji to use one shot death blow the hyugas have or 64 or 128 palms. Strategy here is going to be really well done because both are very intelligent ninja Neji more so in the middle of combat and Shikamaru more so while sitting down and thinking.
