➔ Post count, also known as "PC", is a documented amount of the number of times you have posted on a forum. Many different forums that focus on individuals and their activity document PC publicly, while others may not actually care. PC is a very significant part of the NB community, because it signifies your rank both in RP, and on the forums. It generally only applies to RP, though. Post count is recorded per-user, not per-IP, so if you plan on ever switching an account, don't expect to have 6,000 posts the second you create it.

Although several RPers and RP guides can easily explain HOW posts apply to RP, I don't think anyone has every actually explained a way to GET a higher PC. ➔ The RP/Role-play community is the key factor of utilizing post count. To be honest, not many people will care about how many posts you have, so long as you actually have a few. I won't lie, however, when I say that it is important that you try to aim to get atleast 50 in your first week on NB. You may start slow, but you'll be spewing out posts by the time you get accustomed to our weird community. Posts are organized in levels, which affects you rank, which affects your jutsu level and abilities in the NB RP system. That may sound like a mouthful, but let me explain it simply.
| Genin | The initial level of the RP system. You need 50 posts to achieve this rank, and will have access to Ninjutsu training, and one element of your choice. E-D rank jutsu only. | 300 chakra/350 health |
| Chunnin | The second level of the RP system. You need 200 posts to achieve this rank, and will have access to Taijutsu training, and two elements of your choice. E-C rank jutsu only. | 500 Chakra/600 Health |
| S-Jounin | The third level of the RP system. You need 550 posts to achieve this rank, and will have access to Genjutsu training, and three elements of your choice. E-B rank jutsu only. | 700 Chakra/750 Health |
| Jounin | The fourth level of the RP system. You need 1,050 posts to achieve this rank, and will have access to four elements of your choice. E-A rank jutsu only. | 800 Chakra/850 Health |
| S-Class | The fifth level of the RP system. You need 2,400 posts to achieve this rank, and will have access to four elements of your choice. E-S rank jutsu only. | 1,000 Chakra/1,000 Health |

➔ Now that you understand PC, what it is, how it works, and how it is applied, I should probably get to the meat of this thread. Regardless of your post count (Unless you are an unofficial sage), it's good to know things like this. There is one plan I am going to say, and this one may or may not fit all, but you are welcome to post more if you feel the need to, or if you want to share some plans with anyone reading. Anyway, let's jump right into this, shall we? (PPD = Posts per day; ~ Means "May vary significantly)
| Konnichi Wa! | This section is devoted to introducing new members to NB. Why NOT go and greet them with a warm welcome? People join and re-join every day, so don't be afraid to spend a good minute to say hi and make a friend. | 1-10 PPD~ |
| Questions and Suggestions | Who doesn't need help every now and then? This section is a fast moving one, and alot of people ask questions. Although mods officially answer and close threads, you can always answer it too. | 1-5 PPD~ |
| NB Contests | This is the easiest place to get a few posts. All you have to do is look through and vote on something. Not that hard. | 6-8 PPD (Once a week~) |
| Naruto Media | One of the primary 3 sections that should be on your bookmarks. Another place to not only pit your favorites against one another, but also ask/answer Naruto related questions, and discuss general Naruto topics from the past and future. | 100-150+ PPD~ (Keep replying to topics!) |
| Naruto Manga | One of the primary 3 sections that should be on your bookmarks. A place to discuss the Naruto Manga and all things relevant to it. Use tags wisely! | 100-150+ PPD~ (Keep replying to topics!) |
