GOD rank which is a rank that the shinobi would reach if they had more than one kekkei genkai, a blood line expansion, be able to fly ,have insane durability meaning that they can take enormous amounts of damage without getting a single scratch and are pretty much indestructable and can't die easily,know loads of sealing techniques know loads of genjutsu, have taken on a shinobis who have had a rinnegan or eternal mangekyo sharingan,more skilled in taijutsu and ninjutsu and genjutsu than any other ninja, has an IQ of 300, defeated a shinobi that a kage, a highly skilled jonin a sannin and anbu black ops couldn't defeat and the GOD rank ninja would also have to prove that they can protect and save the world even at the risk of their own lives.

Missing nin are not all strong, they're just ninjas who left their village without permission and are hunted down for their knowledge on their village. The name Saninn was given to jiraiya, orochimaru, and tsunade for being strong and hanzo agreed to spear them if they take the name. Acadamy, genin, chunin, jounin, kage are all the levels throughout the five nations. Akatsuki are kage level and so is Sage(Naruto sage mode). Legendary ninja would be good
