Description: A burst of chakra that resides in the eyes and can create a huge shockwave of immense power, strong enough to nuke an entire continent. When released, it pushes chakra out from the body and completely destroys anything in it's path (similar to Pain's almighty push) but with chakra and having the Sharingan.

It's basically Phoenix Flower jutsu using Enton. It is mainly used to spray ground with as many black flames as possible that the user can manipulate later using Enton.
I would have tried to create it in here but I thought I read a rule about not being able to create Enton jutsu for rp

I've always liked the idea of electrically charged water attacks, and rain attacks. So some sort of electrical rain being shot from the mouth like railguns.
