To Note: The Akatsuki are well known for having ninja that specialize in certain areas, they are known for being incredibly powerful and having great teamwork. These are S ranked criminals.
The First Rule is no Current Akatsuki Members so no: Zetsu, Sasori, Deidara, Kakazu, Itachi, Pain, Tobi/Obito, Kisame, Hidan, Etc.(Orochimaru is allowed). Second Rule is No Kages of any kind. Third Rule: No Gods so no War Ark Obito, Madara, etc.

Zabuza Momochi

Why Zabuza? - I choose Zabuza Momochi on the principle that he didn't die vs Kakashi and Gatos Men so this is a 3-4 years in the future Zabuza who trained hard and improved himself, even without this case he is still an incredibly shinobi who has the ability to hang with low kages imo
Choji Akimichi

Why Choji? - Choose Choji based on his incredible feats of strength, and his ability to dead with boss summons and butterfly mode
Neji Hyuga

Why Neji? - I decided to choose Neji based on his Byakugan, his Intelligence and his ability to analyze a situation
Kabuto Yakushi
You must be registered for see images
Why Kabuto? - First of all in fairness i'm going to restrict all of his haxed powers minus DSM(no Jugo ability so he can't use it 24/7) But i choose Kabuto for his medical ninjutsu, his overall intelligence and his spy capabilities
Kakashi Hatake

Why Kakashi? - No explanation needed he's that OP
Jiraya

Why Jiraya? - His Senjutsu, His Wide Arsenal of Ninjutsu, Experience, Summons, etc.
Darui

Why Darui? - Its almost like putting another Kakashi on the Battlefield
Hebi Sasuke

Why Hebi Sasuke? - His Senjutsu, Newfound Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu capabilities on top of 3 tomes sharingan makes his quite the opponent
Kankuro

Why Kankuro? - His mastery over puppets and his newfound collection of Sasori, and his Parents puppets makes him quite the adversary and not many people outside of the Sand Village know what to expect and even then every puppet is custom
Torune

Why Torune? - His Insects are the best in the Manga, he clearly has been an exceptional shinobi gaining the respect of Danzo Shimura and becoming a root ninja having no friends and serving the leaf.
