[Theory] Major flaw in infinite tsykoyumi

Alright, so I've been thinking about this for a while, and I've finally found the biggest flaw in the Infinite Tsykoyumi being reflected off the Moon.

If it's going to be reflected off the Moon, what's going to happen when the New Moon in the cycle happens?

During a New Moon, there is no Moon visible in the sky. Which means everyone would be freed from the genjutsu everytime there's a New Moon.

I don't know if this is plausible for a genjutsu, but it just came to me, so I had to get some more opinions on it.

Will a New Moon cancel out the Genjutsu?

If they look at the moon once they're caught in the genjutsu, much like when Itachi got Kabuto in Izanami. He doesnt need to mantain eye contact with him for the genjutsu to work.

LOL you are worried about the new moon, what about day time, the moon cant be seem by all people at the same time, the world is a sphere, but yeh if you look once you are done for, imagine if itachi had to mantain eye contact for all the duration of his genjutsu

You can def. control time through Tsukuyomi, but you can you really make it infinite?

Besides, what about blind people?
