*Mitsuki is Kabuto v2, with completed Dragon Sage Mode, all of the abilities Kabuto had in his DSM but enhanced.

* + Abilities of other shinobi that passed away in the last war and during the timeskip.

* Obito's and Madara's genetic material was probably added to Mitsuki as well, what do you think Oro just leaved Madara's body and Obito's leftovers there? Yeah, right.
