Maito Gai vs Kabuto

Who wins a fight between Gai Sensei (up to 7 gates) and Kabuto (dragon sage mode, no edos)? They are both extremely fast and strong.

The battleground would be neutral, something like a field or plain. Gai can't go 8 gates. They are both fighting for something that requires them to come out of the fight alive. Kabuto has NO edos.

Kabuto, mid-diff. Should've made it more fair for Gai, possibly somebody like 4th Raikage or Tsunade.

gai never really impressed me besides hirudora which really wouldnt do much against kabuto due to the fact he has orochimarus longevity who tanked being punched in half by kyuubi. gates is damaging. kabutos SM can endure with no cost to the user
