I saw so many people pondering and wandering abt that,i will explain
1st:this was purposly to protect the secret of obito from leaking to both itachi and kakashi, if kakashi had used kamui on itachi at part 1,as a member of akatsuki,he would get intel on tobi's technique being in his dimension,bcaus obito would have to meet him to take him back to the earth dimension,
kishi did this on purpose to also show us tsukyomi.
And at that time kakashi used kamui on diedara the secret was leaked a bit,bcause diedara's hand fell where obito was, you just have to admit kishi's the man,he planned it frm the beginning

Simple kakashi didnt know he had ms yet

he passed out when it awakened and no one was around to see it so for kakashi he just thought he passed out and when he woke up had the same 2 tome he started with

so he didnt know what happened or that he had ms
