With Edo Madara raping and Tobi and his 6 paths being pretty damn powerful and not forgetting Kabuto with his army of Edo's and his Technique that is yet to be revealed. Would it be a bit cramped if Orochimaru coming back.

I would definitely love him to be back, but it would be to... cliché to bring back any one else now and to much to get through.

Based on that could we rule out Oro's return?

Dont forget , that Oro is the most intelligent character in Naruto Manga...He can most likely plan hundreds of years ahead.
