Main characters?

Theirs only one Main Character in the Manga and thats Naruto Uzumaki all other are support Characters and you only see them when interacting with Naruto,thats why so many episodes of the Manga doesn't have Sakura nor Sasuke in them. Sakura,Sasuke and Kakashi are part of Naruto's team that is the only reason they are seen more offend than any others but theirs plenty of both Manga and anime episodes were neither appear in for many chapters. Right now its Naruto vs Sasuke with Kakashi the only awake person that will interacted with Hagoromo until He disappear. Sakura is asleep so She like everybody else won't be appearing till Naruto forces Sasuke to awaken them after Naruto defeats Sasuke.

Untrue, the actual main characters are Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura. The point of this thread is who you think deserves the title of main character more.

This is a story about a boy named Naruto - Kishimoto.

Naruto Uzamaki is the only MC in this manga by definition. This not the same structure as other mangas, a few of which have multiple MCs. If you have multiple MCs, you don't have a title character.

There are other important characters in the manga, but they are a core and no one of the side characters is really any more important than the others. For example, there is no difference in importance to the story between the team 7 supporting characters.

I thought it was pretty obvious that Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi/ Sakura(being the main herion and all).
Why Obito ? He did have an impact on the plot but so did black Zetsu....

but obito was responsible for the nine tail´s attack which brough suspicious upon the uchiha and also helped itachi in the uchiha massacre, both events were the most important and defining moments of the life of naruto and sasuke, besides obito gave kakashi the sharingan and the moto of protecting his comrades that was passed on to naruto, sakura even being a main heroine doesnt have a great influence on the events of the plot
