but they have been even for may parts of the manga only because naruto wasnt using the fox effectively in their battles. Naruto couldnt actually his body when he was younger made it difficult to use effecttively like he is now in the war and there's still more to come.

Sasuke more less hasnt experencied fight naruto when using his fox mode effectively. there last fight was at the valley of the end and sasuke needed the cure seal to combat one tail fox mode. Now he hasnt got curse seal so that means no chakra booast for him.

MS and EMS increase number of techniques but in terms of power increases relating to his body they dont. So it would come down to well he can his powerful techs.

Naruto hasnt even finshed his powerup pain train.

Naruto using the fox is something we been waiting for long before sasuke got intrested in fighting Naruto and declared him a rival.

So you actually expect Naruto to just dominate Sasuke now because of the Kyuubi? They're basically meant to symbolize the stalemate in power between the elder son's eyes and the younger son's body, which were the checks and balances passed down by the Rikudou Sennin himself. From a literature standpoint, it makes no sense whatsoever for Naruto to dominate Sasuke. Everytime Naruto starts to appear to be outgrowing Sasuke, Sasuke evens it up and vice versa. There's no example to the contrary. Sasuke always finds a way to power and to efficiently utilize it. I'm sorry, but until I see Sasuke get destroyed by Naruto I have no belief, Kyuubi or no, at all that Kishi won't find a way to make them fight on even terms as he always has.

Regarding the valley of the end fight, Naruto needed the Kyuubi just as much if not more than Sasuke needed his CS to stay both alive and in the fight. How many people walk away from a Chidori through their chest like nothing happened, or get up after a frontal lotus like they just tripped sans having the Kyuubi?

Edit: The bottom line is that Kishi has established the Naruto-Sasuke fighting dynamic to be equal to such a degree that I would say it obeys the definition of a "law" as put forward by David Hume a while back, OK... Thus, it's not an issue, until it becomes an issue, and all this future-worry of people is unnecessary in my opinion.

I'm not a sasuke fanboy or anything

I hate Sasuke.

But

Sasuke will become the strongest Uchiha ever.

Stronger that Madara.

It goes back to the beggining of Shippuden when The KYUUBI says

"This CHakra even more dark and sinister of my own, like uchiha madara"

Madara is dead now.

so the only thing you can conclude is that Sasuke >= to Madara

(greater than or equal to Madara)

but seeing as how madara is dead. most likely he'll be greater
