Really hard to say. Especially because based on the spoilers, Hinata and Sakura
both start fighting on par with Naruto and Sasuke (I highly question the spoilers
due to this) so that means their powers likely changed a lot so it's impossible to judge
as their powers are apparently drastically greater later so their powers now are not
a good way to determine the answer.
