Placement is pretty good, but I personally would have done it a bit more to the left so it's not taking up like, half the tag which limits you a lot in a tag like this >.<
So, your depth and flow are lacking because you're forgetting one thing. C4Ds

. Your C4Ds are usually what give your tag depth and flow. When you place a C4D or two in front of the render, then place a few behind the render and do some proper blurring, then you have some good depth. You also need to keep in mind that your C4Ds should also be properly placed so you could achieve proper flowing. In a tag like this I would have put the flow of the C4Ds in the general direction of how his back arm/hand is going. You tag died because there were no foreground or background C4Ds to help it.
