Magnetism release is a Kekei Genkei. Magnetism release allows the user to transform his chakra into magnetic waves allowing him/her to manipulate metalic objects. There have been only 2 villages which ninja ae known to use this KG, Suna and Kumo. 3 users of this KG are Toroi, who would use the KG to manipulate shuriken and create magnetic forces insode others bodys, and the 4th and 3rd Kazekage who would use the KG to manipulate small sand like pieces of Iron or Gold and use in the way the Shukaku manipulates sand.

*I walk over to the tree and place my hand on it. I then try to form the magnetism chakra. I try to imagine my chakra in the form of waves, magnetic waves. I thensend this new chakra into the tree I have placed my hand on.*

The principle is similar to magnets, by creating a magnetic feild (magnetizing) the tree I want you to throw kunai towards it in order to make the tree attract the metal from the kunai..

Now step back and throw a few kunai towards the tree to see if it was magnetized enough..

*I take a few steps back. I then pull out 3 kunai and throw them away from the tree. Suddenly the kunai turn around go directly into the tree.*

*I walk over to your clone and place my hand on its chest. I then flow this new found chakra into your clone and then walk far back. I then throw a few kunai fat a different angle to your clone. The kunai fly to the direction of the clone quite quickly. They hit your clone making it dissapear.*

Focus your magnetic chakra making 2 sections of earth rise into the air that smash against each other, that causes rocks to fall and be directed within the magnetized spot.

*I run over to a spot behind you and flow my magnetic chakra into it. I then focus and take deep breaths. I try to levitate and split apart two separate parts of the ground. Once I have done this and they are no longer attatched to anything I levitate both of them out of the ground and into the air above. I then move them away from each other and slam them quickly at great force. After this the small to medium size rocks fly at the tree I magnetised earlier. The tree is smashed in many different places upon impact.*

The point would be to make the ground rise up and smash together falling onthe opponent that stands below it. Its not controlling the earth to follow someone or sending it anywhere.
