Hypothetical situation: Shinobi who uses only Magnetic Release battles a Shinobi who uses only Shinra Tensei
-The magnet release user can throw a kunai that causes the struck target to become magnetized. One hit to the target will create a magnetic field within said object, making it an easy target for any further magnetized weapons/objects to be drawn to it.
-Shinobi using Shinra Tensei has the same chakra amount & skills as magnetic user. Cooldown period for Shinra Tensei is still 5 seconds.
-NOTE: Shinra Tensei user is not necessarily Pain.
Anyone want to argue what happens in this situation and who wins?
