Picked the manga up in 2014 when the Naruto manga ended and Magi is literally so similar to Naruto in terms of plot unraveling that it feels like it's spiritual successor.

Fun exploring adventures turning to Flying god powers, peace, summons, untrustworthy characters, comedy- it's an A* recommo for us NB fans. More in the video as well as a Disney Aladdin anime OP lol, let me know what you thought of the video xox spent a while on it for you.

Really? I just appreciated a return to small-scale world-building with a fun tone like Part 1 Naruto had.

Loved the darker stuff but now am considering dropping it now that the fights have become Shippuden-like with flying demigods and elemental attacks replacing everything.

No I actually stopped collecting the editions because money + coming out too slow, my interest dwindled with the flying magic men and focus on vessels so waiting for the anime might be how I proceed unless there's realllly good stuff i'm missing out on.
