Magellan wins. His poison is liquid, so it'll stick Crocodile together and work on him. If Crocodile tries to absorb it, he'll be absorbing the poison into himself and that's just as bad as letting Magellan throw it in your face.

Depends. I think Croc could beat him if they fought somewhere like alabasta. As long as croc doesn't touch him he should be fine and with his df power fighting at distance shouldn't be hard-provided there is enough sand. I'd say advantage croc in general though.
