Nope, akainu takes it low diff. Have you even heard of busoshuko haki? yeah that counters the shit out of mallegan
Luffy's mediocre COA compared to admirals helped him to block poisonous attacks more dangerous than Magellan's besides Kinijite maybe, so even without intangibility, Akainu should be able to fight back no problem. He'd low diff Magellan.

OT: if Magellan has Haki, then it's Akainu's win mid diff else it's low diff, since Akainu should be able to burn anything Magellan can throw at him.

akainu would low to mid diff him i put megllaglan on the same level as doffy,sabo,pre timeskip marco ( i think he has haki)
( think hes stronger then sabo and jozu (do to him not showing full body diamond thing)
but not pre marco and doffy giving him edge due to awakening/flight etc but one touch doffy would be done lol

I really hope you aren't talking about Iva when you say Warlord level opponents.
BB's crew walked into Magellan's attack who was running away, they could of beat Magellan considering Shiryu on his own was on his level.

Dude he had, Jinbei, Crocodile, and Ivankov running away from him. They didn't even think combining their powers was worth it.

Pretty sure it was Iva's idea to run away Jinbei just agreed while Crocodile isn't strong at all Luffy was stronger then.
Any not worthy Warlord beats him handily, Law, Kuma with a Brain, Doflamingo and Mihawk all beat Iva handily.
Pretty sure he treid to attack him and then got wrecked by Akainu.
really really underestimating iva and magallen.he went head to head against kuma.magallen at this point has one of the biggest feats in OP.HE FAKING SOLED BB's crew without taking a single hit and BB'S>ACE. both are warlord level.and BB even was a warlord so he freaking soloed a crew of a warlord who just happens to be the future next yanko.thats how strong he is,if luffy,iva,jimbei and croco decided to fight magallen they might have been able to do some damage to him but no doubt that most or all will die cause even a liitle bit of poison is lethal.
