He's still beast, regardless of how he achieved his powers. I don't see anyone else matching his strength.

Doubt he willingly gave his eyes away and as far as people wanting senju cells the only people after them where snakes like orchimoro and leeches like madra fanboy

In doing so he revived a pseudo Juubi and is pretty close to changing the Naruto world as they know it (the biggest change since the Sage's time possibly). I don't see this "fair or unfair" issue is such a popular idea, I certainly don't want power to be based purely off who has more training arcs.
