OMG! it finally hit me, the madra uchiha in the anime this week was so scared/suprised when he saw what was in the coffin (which i think is the real madra) but if u red in the newest manga, they related madra uchiha to the 1st hokage cells, or something along them lines, and that zetsu can create ANYBODYS power/looks, maybe zetsu is the true villain, cuz i think zetsu is Madara

Zetsu couldn't use neji's Byakugan so I doubt the sharingan would work either if it was a zetsu. Madara has uchiha and senju dna. That is all that we know pretty much.

Think back to the fight between Sasuke and Danzo, Madara lost an arm. When he pulled it off it was like white goo. He could be Madara, but in the body of a zetsu to keep himself alive for so long.
