It sort of speaks for itself. Dean loves AJ and thinks it's perfectly okay to take out her boyfriend, Dolph. He enjoyed it removing it too. Obviously, AJ gets extremely depressed and saddened, much to Dean's surprise. Still, he reminds her it'll all be okay and eventually, an insane AJ falls into Dean's arms for everlasting love.
