[Discussion] Made up a One piece character what do you think? and could you make up one?

Victor D. Vain (The firey demon) (vice admiral's worst nightmare)
A general officer and 3rd in command of the revolutionary army and a brother n law to Monkey D. Dragon and Uncle of Monkey D. Luffy.
Appearence
He wears a black cloak and the traditional revolutionary outfit underneath. 2 scars around both eyes that are seemingly red. dark brown hair
Personality
He seems serious and stern most times but is easily embarrassed by others actions. On several occasions he does smile.
Abilities
He ate the friction friction fruit. that allows him to create giant spark flames that are thousands of degrees and amounts of static electricity. (not on the exact same level as ace and enel but still deadly)

Inner demon- how he got to be called "demon" by using his devil fruit he changes the feeling of the atmosphere and having flames where his eyes appear to be. makes even the most the powerful of people tremble and sometimes causes paralysis.

Electrical shield- encases body with electricity
Haki- can use observation and arnament haki.
demonic touch- imbues his punches and kicks with some amounts of fire and electricity
Past
took on numerous vice admirals at once being in raged by the death of his "sister" and killed them without being touched. After which disobeying dragon's orders was demoted.

Fruit: Supesu-Supesu no mi(Space space fruit)

A solo pirate(Like Mihawk) who travels the seas all alone with no crew.
He can manipulate space around him causing it to shrink and expand on demand, meaning no one can reach him unless they run as fast as light when he is expanding.
Was said no to be unbeatable in New world at the time of pirate king but since then no word of him was heard.
His attack pattern consists of ripping space and shredding his opponent.
However he has some limitations.
Firstly he can only control a limited region of space at a time and he can rip apart only a single line of space, nothing more
and doing so stresses him a lot. So his powers can only be used defensively .
His only great weakness is Admiral Kizaru(Of course)
He can bend space to create an illusion of multiple images of himself.

He can use Geppo and Tekkai.
He can cause the space to shrink suddenly and bring the opponent closer to him rapidly allowing him to attack him
